    Erasmus Mundus opens the application round

    The new application round for the Erasmus Mundus Triple I academic exchange programme will be held from November 24 to December 14, 2011. More than 700 students and researchers from Russia and Europe have taken part in the project initiated in 2008. The Erasmus Mundus programme welcomes graduate and undergraduate students, young scientists who recently completed their PhD degree, and university teachers.

    The new application round for the Erasmus Mundus Triple I academic exchange programme will be held from November 24 to December 14, 2011. More than 700 students and researchers from Russia and Europe have taken part in the project initiated in 2008. The Erasmus Mundus programme welcomes graduate and undergraduate students, young scientists who recently completed their PhD degree, and university teachers.

    The target group includes not only the staff and students of IKBFU, but also those from other Russian universities of our region, as well as vulnerable population groups (students from low-income families, state-supported ethnical minorities, etc).

    The following European universities participate in the programme:

    • University of Turku Finland (Coordinator)
    • University of Algarve Portugal
    • University of Bologna Italy
    • University of Deusto Spain
    • University of Göttingen Germany
    • Humboldt University Berlin Germany
    • University of Leuven Belgium
    • University of Latvia Latvia
    • Masaryk University Czech Republic
    • Pultusk Academy of Humanities Poland

    Successful applicants will receive a grant covering travelling and insurance costs and a scholarship sufficient for costs of living and academic needs, to say nothing about the invaluable experience of study or research abroad, language practice and an opportunity to build rapport with international colleagues.
