• elaboration of The Joint Strategy for Development of Research Training system in Klaipeda University and IKSUR;
• elaboration of the Action Plan for Support of Young Researchers of IKSUR and Klaipeda University;
• participation in the Opening conference at KU;
• participation in the workshop at Klaipėda County Governor‘s Administration (KCGA);
• participation in final workshop at KCGA for regional development and border development actors
