Actions implemented within WP4:

• analysis of experience of organization of the network research institutions in the Baltic Sea region;
• analysis of experience of IKSUR participation in network research programmes and projects;
• elaboration of the methodology of organization and management of the cross-border research network structures, elaboration of guidelines;
• organization of the workshop at IKSUR on organization and planning of activity of the Kaliningrad branch of the Institute of Cross-Border Studies;
• elaboration of internal documentation on establishment of the Kaliningrad branch of the Institute of Cross-Border Studies;
• allocation of premises, purchase of equipment;
• elaboration of the staff list, staff recruitment;
• organization of information seminars aimed at establishment of contacts between branches of the Institute of Cross-Border Studies and regional scientific community, authorities, associations of border regions and representatives of business circles
